The Nerve Film Lounge at Nerve.com recently posted an interview with filmmaker Ben Meade about his film American Stag. The documentary tells the history of the stag film from the 1920s through the 1960s. The film shows no actual sex scenes and is somewhat unporn in its examination of the cultural phenomenon of the stag film.
The interview was done by friend of the festival Theresa Everline who also conducted interviews with AFF filmmakers for this blog during the festival.
